Shipping                                            

Most orders in the continental US are shipped by Priority Mail.  The average shipping time is 3 to 5 days for it to arrive at your address.

Currently all single sling orders are shipped for $6.75.  The multiple sling orders will cost more.  (It all depends on the amount of items that go in the box!)  Please make sure that your address is correct.  If your address cannot be verified with the US Postal Service, there will be a delay in shipping your order. 

All orders placed online with a credit card are usually mailed out the next business day after the order is received. Occasionally we need to wait a few extra days for a popular fabric to restock.  We will contact you if there is any significant delay.   If you choose to pay by check or money order your items will be mailed after we receive your payment.  For International shipping info please see the bottom of this page.  

Gifts

If you would like to have a sling
or other merchandise sent to someone as a gift it can be sent directly to them. A gift card will be included that lets them know that you purchased the sling for them. Or if you would like the recipient to choose their own fabric style click on "gift" at the bottom of the pictures of the fabrics; a card will be sent to them that lets them know you have purchased a sling for them as a gift, and how to contact Slingbaby to pick out their choice of fabric. Please make sure to email us or fill out the appropriate section in the shopping cart with any specific requests, especially if you choose to use online ordering. Slings make great baby gifts, especially for a second-time mom or one who seems to "have everything."

Return Policy

Dedicated to the best customer service we can provide, Slingbaby employees  make every effort to provide you with a sling that will be comfortable for you and your baby.  We are aware though that sometimes a different size is needed or that a fabric is not what you expected once you have received your sling.  An exchange can be made as long as the sling you are returning has not been worn, (except to try on for size) washed, or damaged in any way that would prevent us from reselling it.  We expect you to return it in a condition that you would want to receive a new product.  In order to continue to keep our prices low we ask that you do help pay for the shipping on your new sling ($6.00) in the continental US.  When we have received your sling to exchange we will ship out the new one that you have chosen.

We understand there will be times when a customer needs a full refund.  With a sling, our ultimate goal is to help you use your sling successfully, so we will first try to work with you in providing the information for you to do so.  Babies in slings are happier, thrive better, learn more, etc. etc. so we want to help as many babies get that chance as possible.  Please allow us to work with you in resolving any questions.  Of course if a new sling, in the condition stated above, needs to be returned, you will receive a full refund.  Please note the recommended fabric care--it is best to hang dry or air fluff your sling when drying it.  NO returns will be made for slings that have shrunk if they are put in the dryer using a heat cycle.  New diapers may be returned, but for obvious reasons we can not accept them back after they have been used.

International Shipping

There is a flat fee of $15 charged for International shipping by regular Parcel Mail.  If we do ship it by regular mail please be aware that the shipping time can be 6-8 weeks.  Many times it arrives before that. The standard shipping rate for International Airmail is $23.00 for most orders.  (I will try to insure it also if it is not too expensive.)  There is a risk sending a package overseas that it will not arrive, especially by Parcel Mail.   I will not replace a sling that is "lost" unless it has been longer than 8 weeks.  At that point I will replace the sling (meaning ship it again) at your expense for the shipping. Even though the cost for APO and FPO boxes and outside the continental US is only $6.75, please understand that they sometimes take longer too.  Please email or call if you have any questions about overseas shipping.
